Terms for small IT services

1. Business customers only
These offers are available only to businesses and self-employed professionals buying in their business capacity. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorised to bind the named business.
2. Scope and contract
The catalogue describes limited service packages and is an invitation to place an order. A contract is formed when the exact task, deliverable, access, start time, delivery time, price and tax treatment are confirmed in writing. Payment for the one-hour package creates a conditional order: I first check that the request is lawful, feasible and small enough. If it is not, work does not start and the payment is refunded.
3. One-hour package and extra work
The €60 package includes no more than 60 minutes of work on one agreed small task and a concise handover. It does not promise that every problem can be solved in one hour. If more time is needed, I stop and give a written estimate before continuing. Extra hours require written approval and are invoiced only after you receive and approve the resulting work.
4. Fixed packages
A fixed price applies only to the limits shown on the relevant card and the agreed written brief. New features, third-party fees, licences, hosting, copywriting, content entry and work outside that brief are excluded unless expressly included. No unapproved extra work is charged.
5. Customer inputs and access
You must provide accurate instructions, lawful content and the access needed for the task. Do not send passwords by ordinary email. You confirm that you have the right to let me use and modify the supplied code, content and assets. A delivery time moves if required inputs or access arrive late.
6. Delivery, review and corrections
Delivery is made electronically by the agreed deadline. Review the result promptly and identify any departure from the written brief. I will correct a reproducible departure reported within seven calendar days, provided the underlying site, dependencies and brief have not changed. Requests outside the agreed brief are new work.
7. Prices, VAT and payment
Displayed prices are in euro and exclude applicable VAT. Stripe calculates tax using the billing information supplied at checkout. For qualifying cross-border B2B services, reverse-charge rules may apply; a valid VAT ID and business details are required. The payment time for packages other than the one-hour Stripe product is agreed in writing. Statutory invoices are issued where required.
8. Refunds
A prepaid amount is refunded when I reject the task before work starts or cannot deliver the agreed scope. Once agreed work has begun, any refund is assessed against the undelivered part and mandatory law. Refunds use the original payment route where practicable.
9. Rights and third-party materials
After full payment, you may use, modify and deploy the bespoke deliverable for your business. Pre-existing tools, reusable methods, open-source software and third-party materials remain subject to their existing rights and licences.
10. Reasonable limits
You remain responsible for backups, final deployment decisions, legal copy, security policy and business decisions. SEO rankings, revenue, performance scores and uninterrupted third-party services are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss and the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Confidentiality
Non-public material supplied for the task is used only to perform the service, administer the contract or comply with law. Confidentiality does not cover information already public, independently developed or lawfully received from another source.
12. Law and disputes
Slovenian law applies, without displacing mandatory rules that must apply. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in writing. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction where a valid choice of court is permitted.
13. Changes
The version accepted for an order governs that order. Later website changes apply only to later orders unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
